What's your cancellation policy?
We get it—plans change. Here’s how we handle cancellations:60+ days out → Full refund
Less than 60 days→ 50% refund
Less than 15 days → Deposit is non-refundable
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes! Here’s what we need:
5 business days notice for standard bookings
30 days for large events
If something out of your control happens, we’ll reschedule at no cost or provide a partial refund.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we’re happy to. Whether it’s gluten-free, vegan, no onions, or nothing too spicy. Just let us know in advance and we’ll take care of it.
Need printed menus, extra staff, or a tasting session? We’re here for that too.
Where do you travel to? Are there extra fees?
We currently serve Tauranga and Mount Manganui. Travel beyond that may incur a fee.We also coordinate setup and pack down directly with your venue—smooth and discreet.

The Story
Meet Nicholas
The head chef & director

Nicholas studied hospitality for five years in Italy before heading to the U.S., where he discovered his true passion for cooking.He later moved to New Zealand and worked alongside iconic food writer Jo Seagar, before settling in Wānaka, where he became Head Chef at one of the region’s most beloved Italian restaurants. During this time, he trained under James Stapley, a multiple Michelin-starred chef, and Francesca Voza, who both played a key role in shaping his culinary path.
Nicholas also worked at Two Paddocks, the winery owned by actor Sam Neill, and brings with him a wealth of experience from top restaurants across Auckland and Australia.His story is a blend of Italian tradition, a love for travel, and a deep passion for flavour and hospitality.
